3 weeks as well as distributed throughout Indianapolis to grocery
stores and gas stations. The Schulhof Team invested in premier pages
only 4 turns in. Our clients' homes are always advertised
until sold! This publication always results in a numerous
phone calls. Over 40,000 issues printed each month.
Comcast as the premier advertiser, our 15 minute segment always runs first and repeats throughout the show, which airs 4 times a day. The response we receive is amazing! The 6am show is our most popular airing with many women watching the show and then calling our office to schedule a showing.

1. Centralized Showings is the call center Agents utilize to setup
showings to visit our Client's homes. Utilizing a call center
allows our team to stay focused on marketing, not calling our Client's

2. Input your home into the Broker Listing Cooperative (formerly MLS)(MIBOR).
3. Provide an electric Sentri Keybox for your security and agent
availability.
4. Provide a RE/MAX Realty Services yard sign. Our yard
sign features our direct phone number into our Team - this is a tremendous
advantage.
5. Take several digital photos of your home, inside and out plus a full Virtual Tour.
6. Voice Tour - our new automated system provides 24 access to your
home hotline that enables Buyers to hear about your home without
contacting anyone.
7. Provide detailed Feature Sheets with digital color photos and
complete descriptions of every detail of your home. These
are given to potential buyers who walk through your home.
8. Place your home on Realtor.com.
We will input your home with up to six color pictures along with
a banner to make your home stand out among thousands of homes!
9. Feature you home on our custom website www.IndyPlace.com.
10. Place a copy of your listing sheet on our offices New Listing
Board.
11. Setup a TEXTMYMLS site for text response to inquirer's cell phones.
12. Contact all showing agents for buyer feedback. We place
the feedback on a protected website that our client's access 24
hours a day. They simply love having direct access to hear
what agents are really saying. No sugar coating here... simply
the truth!
13. Place your home on an additional 41 national websites.
14. Order Title Insurance (if desired).
Chris' prefers a title insurance company that ensures a
smooth, stress-free transaction - they work closely with your attorney,
secure title insurance, order the payoff letter from your mortgage
company, order survey, ensure buyers' loan package is ready, close
the transaction at a convenient location near you, and save you

as well.
